The beach house consists of a lounge, separate kitchen and large bathroom with a mezzanine bedroom. The property also benefits from a south facing sun terrace and it's own parking space.
It is one of eight beach houses. Being on the Algarve coast it has a superb all year round climate coupled together with the cool Atlantic breeze in the hot summer months. This makes it the perfect location for a beach house or holiday home.
Eco Friendly Construction
The beach house is built from CEB (compact earth bricks) and finished with lime free render, the timber has been treated with natural products only with absolutely NO chemicals being used during the building of this property. The beach house property is a true eco friendly build.
